Good. - Small quarto [approximately 10-1/4 inches high by 8-1/4 inches wide], dark blue cloth titled in gilt with a vignette in red & gilt on the front cover. The binding is rubbed & lightly bumped with a few small stains & with dampstaining to the top edge of the front cover. There is a tiny chip to the head of the spine. Unpaginated. Illustrated with a few pictorial ads in black & white. The top edges & top corners of the front pastedown & the first 13 pages are dampstained. Good. <p>'Seventeenth Year of Issue". The book includes three sections: English Section, Section Francaise and Seccion Espanol in those three languages. The foreword is by Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, President of the Board of Trade, 1922-29.<p>There is the stamp of The D. Siegel company and the date 1934 on the first page.<p>Rare.
