Quarto size, [8] pp. The Grabhorn Press, a renowned fine press run by brothers Edwin and Robert Grabhorn in San Francisco, produced a remarkable number of books predominately on Western American and California history, always with an astute attention to detail and design; this booklet announces five forthcoming books, in 1933, to be printed by the Press.

The volume itself is a specimen of fine printing and typography, and details several books in the Press's series of rare Americana. Seemingly scarce in the trade, as of this writing no other copies online.

___DESCRIPTION: Brown paper wraps, two staples at the spine, title and illustration in black on the front wrap, bottom edge uncut, title page in orange and black with illustration matching the front wrap, specimen page of "The Journey of Coronado" following the title page, initial capital letter and section headings in orange; quarto size (12" by 9"), 8 unnumbered pages.

___CONDITION: Near fine, with clean wraps, a strong, square text block, the interior is clean and bright, and entirely free of prior owner markings; a couple shallow creases to the front wrap and interior pages, light edge wear to the corners, with a very small closed tear to the fore-edge of the back wrap, and light off-setting from the illustration of the specimen page.
