Contains the first appearance of the short story The Displaced Person by Flannery O’Connor (Farmer C.1954.3). Also features writing by Stephen Spender, James Dickey, and others. Volume index and gift order form laid in. Nice copy with the inevitable minor wear to the overlapping cover edges (with small closed tears) and minor soil/toning.
