Presentation copy from the Society of the Army of the Cumberland. Illus. with frontis engraving of Maj. Gen. Henry W. Slocum from a photograph by Matthew Brady and a color reproduction of the Society badge. Includes minutes, addresses and orations, in Memoriam, banquet, letters, constitution, by-laws, and list of members. Speeches by General Sherman, Garfield, and a small piece by Custer.
