New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1908. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition. Three-quarter red morocco gilt and cloth. Corners and extremities bumped, about very good. Apparently bound up by a friend of the author by the Knickerbocker Bindery, with a portrait of Huntington tipped-in. Inscribed by the author: "To Mr. Oswald Jackson with the compliments of the author - New York 1911." Additionally the author's calling card is affixed with a handwritten note acknowledging the binding: "What a charming dress you have given my little story! I am so glad you thought enough of it to do so.
