Good. - Quarto, tan cloth titled in brown on the front cover & the spine with a vignette in brown & blue at the bottom of the spine. The covers are rubbed and the corners bumped. lv, [v] & 260 pages, illustrated with color and black & white plates and a folding map. There is some occasional light foxing. An early book seller's label is mounted at the bottom of the rear pastedown and there is a tiny slit to the bottom of the rear hinge. The pages are slightly darkened, there is a small chip to the front edge of a few leaves and the top edges of a few plates are slightly wrinkled. Good. <p>Third printing of this work on the British hunt. Includes depictions of fox hunting, horses and hounds.
