Contains 15 plates with tissue guard as well as other black and white illustrations by the author. One page ads to back. End papers are gray with all edges red. Binding has bright gilt ornate building and lettering with black blindstamping to front cover with black blindstamping and gilt to spine. Bevelled edges. Very slight wear at spine and corners with slight sunning to spine. Digital photos available. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 284 pages .
