Contains Frontis and 16 additional tinted illustrations as well as numerous black and white, an Animated Chronology, Index and Historical Reading List. Foxing to end papers, especially at gutters. Top edge stained green with uncut fore. Lower edge has light soil. Binding has gilt and green to spine which is lightly sunned. Little wear to edges but there is light rubbing. Digital photos available. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 500 pages .
