Buenos Aires: Nasha strana, 1952. Octavo (19.5 x 14 cm). Original printed wrappers; 272 pp. With a portrait of Alexander I and of starets Fedor Kuz'mich. Wear and soil to wrappers, with one closed tear; text toned and with corrections throughout, most likely by the author. Zyzykin (1880-1960) was a Russian historian and legal scholar who resided in Sofia, Warsaw, and Argentina after leaving Russia in 1921. He frequented Monarchist circles and wrote for Solonevich's "Nasha strana." Zyzykin wrote a number of works on the role and significance of Monarchist rule in Russia, as well as on religion and international human rights. Most likely one of 500 copies printed.
