Teil Nr. 2 einer umfangreichen und reich illustrierten Serie von zwei Programmheften des Jüdischen Staatstheaters in Bukarest. Das zweisprachig, in rumänisch und hebräisch (zusätzlich mit einer englischen Zsf.) gestaltete Heft widmet sich, neben der Vorstellung von 16 laufenden und geplanten Produktionen (u. a. Stücken von Isarel Berkovici (dem Chefdramaturgen des Theaters), Lion Feuchtwanger, Scholem Alechem, G. E. Lessing (Nathan der Weise) und Fritz Hochwälder) und der Präsentation des Ensembles, mittels zahlreicher historischer Beiträge und Abbildungen vor allem dem 100. Jubiläum des Theaters, das 1876 von Avram Goldfaden (1840-1908) in Jassy (heute Iasi) gegründet worden war. Vorangestellt ist eine kurze historische Einführung in englischer Sprache. - Umschlag minimal berieben, Papier stellenweise etwas fleckig und geringfügig gebräunt, sonst sehr sauberes Exemplar dieses seltenen Jubiläumsschrift.
