The dustjacket shows a bit of shelfwear to the white portion, two very short closed tears, light shallow crinkling at the top of the front panel.

A promotional booklet for houses designed by Standard Homes Company containing examples of more than 40 dwellings, each accompanied by layouts and a photograph or drawing of frontage. These houses come in a variety of styles designed with consideration to cost-saving construction using standard sizes for materials such as lumber, windows, and doors to reduce waste. Intercounty Savings and Loan Association of Philadelphia was the distributor of this copy. A letter dated June 27, 1956, from the savings and loan is laid in.
