About This Item

There is a publisher's "review copy" notice on the front free end paper, but no other marks or wear. The purple cloth covers are fresh, with just a touch of wear at tips and corners. The dust jacket is price-clipped, but is otherwise in excellent condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: This novel continues the adventures of Henry Morane, the resourceful Clerk in the court of Richard III. Taken prisoner at Bosworth Field, Morane escapes and becomes one of the agents attached to Christopher Urswick, creator of the English espionage system for Henry VII.
