Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before making a purchase from our online-only bookstore. By placing an order through Biblio.com, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer, and our bookstore.
1.Product Availability and Descriptions: a. Our online bookstore specializes in used and vintage books. Due to the unique nature of these items, availability may vary. We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but if a book you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund. b. We provide detailed descriptions and condition information for each book listing. Please note that vintage books may show signs of age, such as yellowing pages, foxing, or minor wear and tear. We consider these characteristics part of their charm and do not classify them as defects.
