London: Simpkin, Marshall & Co, 1888. Second edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Second edition, revised. Cream colored cloth 12mo, 60pp. Very good with light soil spotting to boards. With the most charming comedic Victorian trade cards "Before and After Marriage" by Cassius M. Coolidge (1882) affixed to various blanks, printed in rich colors and gold. Previous owner's bookplate and stamp to front endpapers, otherwise clean and unmarked. A wonderfully embellished copy of this scarce book.
