There is some light staining to the inner edges of the boards along the spine and the spine is faded. 64 pages. There is scattered foxing. Very good. <p>First edition.<p>Frantisek Cyril Kampelik [1805-1872] was a Czech doctor and author. He participated actively in the revolution of 1848. After the uprising was defeated, a warrant was issued for his arrest and he went into exile for several months. After an unsuccessful run for the state parliament in 1861, he left politics and worked as a doctor for the rest of his life. As a writer, he devoted himself to politics and economics. In this work, he explores how to rescue a failing economy.<p>Rare.
