Some wear around edges/corners of boards. Gilt lettering on banded spine. Previous owner's name and initials blind-stamped on front free endpaper. Some foxing. Dampstain on top of first few dozen pages. With dedication by author to Earl of Clarendon.Volume I contains 323 pp. Volume II contains 129 pp. Section on vocabulary at rear of book. Size: 12 mo (7" to 7.5").
