Peter Scott was the son of the explorer Captain Robert Falcon Scott, "Scott of the Antarctic". Larger format: 290 by 220mm (11½ by 8¾ inches). Beige marl cloth is clean and neat. Dust jacket is edge worn with some small areas of loss that do not affect the titles or the portrait of Mary Wingate to the front. Foxed to prelims with faint, scattered foxing to plates, mainly to the margins. Good+, sound copy in good dust jacke . Hardback. 1949.
