Convention featured a symposium, "Art Education in the U.S."; "A Day of Fun"; and "The Rise of Arts in the West", a discussion of architects Richard Neutra and Edwin Stone, painters Kenneth Callahan and De Witt Parshall, et al. Includes list of speakers. Item in near fine condition with some water stains. Includes original envelope with 1940 metered postage, typewritten address, and some soiling.
