The Boston Journal of Chemistry ran from 1866 to 1880 with the former title: Boston Journal of Chemistry and Pharmacy; July 1866-May 1867, and later as Boston Journal of Chemistry and Popular Science Review. Stuttgart, 1915. Hardcover. Good condition but damage to spine.. This popular German science weekly, known by its devoted readers as Der Handweiser, was first published in 1903. This is a bound edition of Volume 12. One issue shows a photo of a scientist holding what appears to be the end of a broom to a young man's head, followed by a page of photos of hair clippings, but unclear how this advanced human knowledge.
