The Fluorographic Process Was Patented In 1938 So We Assume This Is A Later Hand-Inked Copy Of The Original 1924 Painting, Done Circa 1965 By Estes For Forrest Ackerman. Estes Also Did The Illustrations For E. E. Smith's "The Skylark Of Space".
