This is the rare edition of Manifesto. Bert Andréas has never seen it, nor the original edition, nor it's photocopy. He hasn't found any copy outside USSR in 1963. We also couldn't trace any copy in OCLC.

The other significant part of the book is the draft of Russian Social Democratic Labour Party (RSDLP) Program. RSDLP haven't own program and party rules till 1903, though it formed in 1898. The draft program was published originally in the newspaper Iskra in June 1902. It was prepared by Lenin and Plekhanov despite there were a lot of contradictions between them. Finally this program was adopted at The II Congress of the RSDLP in July-August 1903 and was in force until 1919.
