Enthusiastically illustrated with b/w photographs of himself, Krüger outlines a holistic programme for a healthy man : sound body and mind. The first book has wear and marks and evidence of avid use throughout. It is secure. Book Three is slim. It too has wear, marks and scuffing all about. This too has been eagerly used.
