Original studio Photographs of 5, unidentified, Graduating Cadets, from the Canadian Royal Military College at Kingston, Ontario, circa 1915; taken at the Photography Studio of Charles H. Boyes, Kingston; who was active there 1901-1941. Each photo measures 9X14 cm and is mounted on plain card stock held in heavy paper studio folders 20X27 cm. Four of the five photos are inscribed by the cadets; signing their first names and school roll numbers with best wishes etc to another cadet named Jack. The photo not inscribed is likely Jack. Overall condition of the photos is very good or better, but expect some light foxing and a little rubbing around the edges of the outer folders.

Articles include; Port Elgin Past & Present, The Future of Port Elgin, Schools and Churches, Fort Monckton, Board of Trade, Mercantile Services, Industry (woodworking and woolens manufacturing) noteable locals etc. This monthly was published in Sackville, NB from 1916 to 1933; expanded in 1933 and was renamed the Maritime Advocate and Busy East till 1956, and eventually became the Atlantic Advocate until 1992.
