Poetry from Erinbank. Books

Undated assumed First Edition of this publication by Blackie and Son Limited. Assumed publication around 1910 - 12 as we hold other editions in the same series dated 1911. Gold embossed dark blue fabric hard cover with scuffs and feint staining. Fine paper pages have yellowed a little but unmarked throughout. A quality publication in its day.

Alfred de Vigny (1797 - 1863) French poet, playwright, novelist. (Romantic) Book is in reasonable condition with original dust jacket, however, it appears to have been utilised by a student as there are numerous light pencil under linings throughout. Book remains 100% legible and intact.

New March 1920 Impression from December 1919 first release by William Heinemann, London. Red cloth hard cover book with gold embossing to cover and spine (faded). Unmarked throughout though yellowing with age and dust stains to outer edges of pages.

1904 Hoddder and Stoughton first edition Blue\Grey printed cover (some staining) but otherwise in relatively good condition. Spine largely intact (seperated within centre and some rubbing). 40 high gloss pages with 47 illustrations (black and white) Original owners name and date (1910) plus seller's ID ( Tyrells, Adelaide ) within lead page. (Paper here has yellowed) One for the collectors.
