Several leaves have tears and chips, including at least three leaves in which small portions of text are removed. A greater number of pages have stains of various kinds. Must have been a popular hit at the library because the date due sheet is almost fully stamped. Seller suspects that the boards are a library rebind with the front picture being part of the original dust jacket.
