Printed white wrappers. 44pp. The question of what the people should be allowed to consume as literature and art never leaves us as some people in power try to control it for the rest of us. Quite a bit of meat to chew on in this speech. A sample from p. 13: "A question is often asked now as to why the violations of the law and the abuses of power were not exposed and ended when Stalin was alive, ..." Tiny edge tear top cover. Near fine. Very, very carce. Only one copy listed in world libraries, which can't be correct.
