The heart of this copy is 104 pages, "Abstract of Warrants," containing thousands of payments by the state to all kinds of agencies and their representatives: military, penitentiary, insane hospital, judicial branch, etc. If you want to know what the state government spent money on in 1891 this will give you an excellent picture. ( Back cover missing and chip lower spine & bottom corner of front cover. Included with this listing is a short Sept. 26, 1898 report from the Sect'y of State; 31pp. Chipped front cover. Wraps. A rather remarkable account of the author's research on sasquatch from his research site(s) in Oregon. The author is a licensed clinical psychologist. Near fine just a tiny bit of curling to the cover front corners, hardly worth of mentioning because there are folks who want absolutely perfect copies of books. We are a real bookseller, not a "ghost" seller with cheaper copies that have so many caveats you can't see straight (and they won't examine their copies to give you exact details).

This fort at the mouth of the Columbia River was built during the Civil War. A couple of dime-sized stains & some other light stains to bottom of front covers. Thick binding is slanted somewhat. Vg copy.
