Student inscriptions to the original owner on the endpapers and here and there throughout. Covers covered in glassine plastic which has discolored underneath the black title letters. Still a vg copy of a rather scarce Oklahoma City high school year book.

Signed by Polley & dated in year of publication. This local history at its best, carefully researched & engagingly written as a powerful labor of love by the author. Chapters: Military, Education, "Talk About Bygones", Timeline, Documents, "Picture Show", "Trivia Quiz." This first printing was sold out & the book has been reprinted. You may contact Franklin Area Community Services to inquire about the later printing(s) at a more modest price, proceeds of which will go to their food pantry (as did your bookseller's original purchase of this copy). Fine condition.

Very good condition. Very scarce.

Part II: "Catalogue of Newspapers Accorded a Circulation of 1,000 and Upwards". Part III: "Sunday Newspapers Accorded a Circulation of 1,000 and Upwards". Part IV: "Class Publications Accorded a Circulation of 1,000 and Upwards". Part V: "New Newspapers". The title page continues by saying, "A description of all the newspapers and periodicals published in the United States and territories, Dominion of Canada and Newfoundland, adn of the towns and cities in which they are published." Oh, my goodness, what an incredible resource! Hinges are broken. Covers well attached, but in need of repair. Very scarce.

Signed by Ms. Leibovitz on the title page including, in her hand, "Seattle 2017." As new fine in the title printed glassine dj in original condition.

The official booklet for this high school tournament in northern Wisconsin featuring teams from Antigo, Athens, Eagle River, Manawa, Merrill, Own, Rhinelander, & Tomahawk. Each teams players are listed along with coach & principal. Many ads representing sponsors. Welcome by Homer DeLong, Manager. Center pages outline the bracket. Hole punched through upper corner probably for hanging purpose, but designer uses the hole placement for cartoons inside! Mild soiling. Corners a bit curled. Good condition.

This copy in very good, flexible condition, but we note that the top one-fifth of the paper over the spine is missing. It appears most or all of the pertinent info on the spine is, however, present.

Three items professionally assembled in one custom mat (12" x 15 3/4"), all three are inscribed in ink by the incomparable film star. 1) Glossy b/w photo, about 4" x 6", "To J___ Best Wishes Eli Wallach". 2) Color flyer, about 6 1/4" x 8 3/4", of The Magnificent Seven, "To J___ Best Wishes Eli Wallach". 3) Written note on lined paper, 1 3/4" x 4 3/4", "Since there were only 7 Magnificents -- I thought I'd send you a photo of me as Calvera". (The glossy b/w photo is a great "head" shot of Wallach as the Mexican bandit. Fine & rare combination.

Cape Girardeau: SE Missouri State Normal School, 1900. Soft cover. Very Good+. Banquet card printed on card stock, folded 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". The banquet of Southeast Missouri State Normal school took place at the St. Charles Hotel in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Inside the menu is printed. The printer was Cross Printing Co., Job Printers. The school was opened in 1873, apparently changed names three times and became a university in 1973. Split at the fold and joined only for about 1 1/2" inches. Can be easily repaired with appropriate archival material. Triangle "burn" upper right corner facing side. Nice little period piece.

Several articles including the cover promotion article, "Baseball Generals Back in the Ranks" by John Drebinger. Inside front cover has full page photo of Roy Cullenbine, "now with his sixth major league club, the Cleveland Indians." The back cover promotes the 1943 issue of "Who's Who in Baseball" and has a photo of Ted Williams on an inset showing the edition. Small ink date stamp back cover upper corner. Very minor wear at extremities. Vg, near fine copy.
