There is 5" closed tear and crease to top of the rear panel which has had a judiciously placed thin piece of tape applied which isn't really holding now. The jacket is in a clear archival protector to prevent further damage. A generously illustrated complete biography (with dozens of black & white reproductions as well as 32 pages of color) meticulously compiled from the 19-volumes "Papers of Alexander Hamilton."
