Bright, clean covers and interior; tightly bound. 8vo, 100 pp. This is the original Dec 21 1955 printing, printed at front page top 'Committee Print' and at front page lower 'Printed for the use of the Committee on the Judiciary, 1955'. Rife with the Red Scare hysteria of the HUAC-McCarthy era but with some useable information buried within the misinformation.

Cover page has incorrect date 'March 2d, 1807', which has been corrected to 1808 by pen in contemporary ink. All leaves, bright, clean, supple including outer cover pages; limited foxing interior. Contemporary ink signature on front page at tail edge 'Gen. Bradleys'; on 2nd leave recto 'Genl Bradley' in pencil apparently in different hand than front page; on final leaf verso (i.e, back cover) 'Mr Bradley' written twice in contemporary ink.
