Binding is presentable with only trivial shelfwear; hinges are just a trifle loose; contents clean; dust jacket is quite sharp with just a bit of scuffing to the back panel and a small closed tear to the top edge of the front panel; foxing to the verso. Profusely illustrated, this is an uncommon book in uncommonly good condition.

Light staining to the covers; spine sunned; previous owner name and address on the first blank; several of the leaves in the index are dog-eared at the bottom corner; largely a clean, bright copy of this history of the Rolling Rock Hunt at Ligonier south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania which was established on family land by Richard Beatty Mellon of the Pittsburgh Mellon family. Uncommon.
