Originally founded in Thailand, we have served our customers on the Biblio site, our own website and other online outlets, as well as from our physical shop in the Silom Complex in Bangkok (pictured above) since 2002. Our Silom shop has been closed for several years now and our operations have recently relocated from Thailand to Canada, where we continue our focus on the provision of printed material on all aspects of Asian culture. 30 day return guarantee, with full refund including shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. PLEASE NOTE: The delivery interval via surface shipment to Asian destinations is increasingly unpredictable and at times currently can take up 3 calendar months. As these circumstances are beyond our control no refunds for failure to deliver in less than this interval can be considered. It is strongly advised that customers choose air shipment if they wish to avoid such delays.
