Rochester: Visual Studies Workshop, 1974. Title with a few soft creases and soil-marks, occasional light wear to corners, generally clean and fresh. Title and 29 photographs, prints, and mixed-media pieces, either full sheet or on mounts, each signed by the artist either on recto or verso. Each 14 x 11 inches (or smaller and mounted). Number 39 of 75 copies. The artists include Skip Atwater, L. Myers, S. Moore, Elsa C. Voelcker, Laddy Kite, F. Duffy, Paul Ginsberg, Gail De Loach, L. Blacklow, Joan Lyons, Jonathan Morse, Greg Taylor, David Greene, Eve Cohen, Steve Foote, Frank Pflaumer, J. Morse, Gunther Cartwright, Alan Winer, Erik Sundance, A, Rosen, Tad Goodale, and other artists. The Visual Studies Workshop was founded by Joan Lyons in 1971 and has been a crucible for experimentation ever since. The Workshop has published over 450 titles. Scarce: not in OCLC.

[Nuremberg], 1766. In fine condition with fine color. Hand-colored engraving, 13 x 8 3/4 inches plate, 21 7/8 x 14 3/8 inches sheet. Crowned "VL" watermark. Some of the prints in Knorr's collector's cabinet have dedications, as here dedicated to "Ex Museo Excell. D. Mullieri & D. D. Rudolphi.

Orlando, Florida: Flying Horse Editions / Hoopsnake Press, 1998. A fine set. A complete copy, comprising: Sixteen 10.5 x 12 inch etchings by William T. Wiley and sixteen poems by Michael Hannon. Sheets unbound, and with tissue guards, laid loose as issued in two green cloth clamshell portfolios with recessed, tipped-in etching. ONE OF 20 COPIES, this is copy number 1. "The design for the book was done in collaboration with the artists. Debbie Smith set the type by computer. Owasso Graphic Arts etched the type-high plates which were printed on a Vandercook 2832 letterpress by Hoopsnake Press. William Wiley made his drawings on copper plates which were etched by Tim Bell. Additional drawings and alterations were done on photo-sensitive plates. All of the edition printing and etchings was done by master printer Paul Wenzel at Flying Horse Editions. Suite of 73 lithographs, including title, signed with initials, after drawings signed with initials, including HL, WS, HB, MES, IF, WM and others. Sheets 28 x 21.5 cm, images 12 x 9.5 cm. Bound in 19th-century black roan-backed green muslin, the front cover with black morocco lettering piece. A series of satirical emblematic lithographs depicting various qualities of wind.

Paris: [Printed by Grou-Radenez] for Serje Mendjisky, 1964. A fine set, with some light wear to slipcase, lettering on chemise somewhat faded. Folio (14.5 x 11 inches). 35 plates. Text and plates laid loose as issued in printed cream wrappers; velvet chemise and slipcase. Copy number 282 from an unnumbered edition.
