It comes with one half of the rear panel blank to be used to mail the brochure to friends, relatives and colleagues. The brochure consists of one page folded four times, with text and photos on both recto and verso with basic information about the fair - dates, map, plan of events and more. The brochure is in Very Good+ condition with just some light rubbing to the outer covers. The poster has been folded four times, with the reverse on the outside. All four corners have several tiny pin holes, and ther are two corners with bumping. The poster is, for the most part, clean and bright, without chips, edge nicks, or fading. The Reverse of the posterhas red ink stamped notations: "2001 Space Odyssey, followed by 1 SH D /103G on the bottom corner of the reverse of the poster. "US style D poster was created for 'wild' pastings on New York City walls, subways and temporary structures. MGM commissioned this poster for the film's 70 mm re-launch in New York City in 1969. This broadside measures just over 10" x 7" and advertises a lecture for Monday, March 14 at the Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. It's been folded two times but is in otherwise Very Good+ to Near Fine- condition. Though the broadside does not include the date, the lecture was mentioned in Eleanor Roosevelt's article dated March 16th (the lecture was postponed to the 15th due to flooding along the train route from Southern California to Northern California). Mrs. Roosevelt spent two years on short tours of the United States, with accompanying daily newspaper articles discussing her previous days' visits. .

The booklet is in Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. This is an ephemeral piece of advertising by the Ritter Model R.R. Co. of Garden City, N.Y. The covers of the booklet has wear to the spine and some tearing to the edges. The front cover has an inked number which has been partially erased. There is also some ground-in finger dirt to the covers. The text pages are clean and bright. "We are pleased to present our initial catalog on H-O Gauge R. R. Equipment. The book is undated, but the bridal information is dated Oct. 20th, 1934. The book is in Very Good+ to Near Fine - condition and has a Good only glassine wrapper. This book was a gift from the Rev. and Mrs. M. Grigsby to Irma Seeber. Most of the pages are still blank, however, the marriage certification page and two very filled guest pages are filled. Laid in are two congratulatory telegrams from the Western Union telegram Company (using their Wedding Greeting paper). Irma Seeber married Harold A. Waltz (both of Detroit, Michigan) and married by the Rev. Maurice Grigsby at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Detroit, Michigan. B&W Photographs; this is a trifold brochure (one half-sized page of cardstock which has been folded three times) which extolls the virtues of the Rokkosan Hotel of Kobe Japan. c1950. The Japanese text is accompanied by black and white photographs of ammenties, including dining areas and local sites. The hotel was built in 1929, and according to it's website: "Rokkosan Hotel is one of “Heritage of Industrial Modernization”recognized by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Hand-made apple pie has been part of the hotel’s special recipes since 1962. The hotel's restaurants offer a variety of culinary choices including authentic French cuisine featuring Kobe Beef and "Jingisukan" grilled mutton barbecue.
