Covers moderately soiled, with a partial cup ring and several smudges on the front cover and some stains on the back cover. Title page has a one inch tear at the top edge and page 7 has two tears at the bottom, the longer being about three inches; two other pages have small tears at bottom edge. All tears have been repaired with archival document repair tape. Pages are very lightly wavy. Last few pages have a small faint tan stain at bottom edge. Pages clean and unmarked. 64 pages.
