All other plates accounted for and in good condition. Volume II -- published 1911 XII, 420 pages, includes bibliography, glossary of terms, index, and plates LI -- XCIX. Both volumes also contain innumerable black-and-white line drawings. All plates are present. On page 213 there is a label for a chilblain liniment that has become stuck to the left-hand margin, otherwise, the interior of both volumes is free of major blemish. Slight dustiness to the top edge of the text block, minor bump into the lower corners of the boards, offset tape marks on the end pages from the now removed protective plastic wrapper applied by a previous owner. The dust jacket is very crudely price clipped missing approximately the lower third of the fold over flap, and is rubbed and chipped, with several splits and some creasing mainly to the top edge.
