Very Good Condition/Good. foreword by General Blamey, Commander-in-Chief, Australian military forces, editorial notes. Illustrated endpapers, showing a kit of a general soldier, with the names of places fought by Australian soldiers above. Illustrated frontispiece, "Australian jungle fighters" by B3/59. Within the text there are 28 coloured illustrations, numerous black and white illustrations, halftone illustrations and red wash illustrations, along with black and white photographs. All illustrations within the book were done by serving military personnel. Green coloured boards with yellow coloured decoration on front panel with green and yellow coloured titles to the front panel and yellow coloured titles on the spine.
