Bottom edge of front panel has 1/3 in. closed tear. Now in protective cover.

Signed by Adair,Texas Memorial Museum Curator. Cloth boards are white and clean with red and blue designs and print with bottom board edges having minor discoloration. Top board is very slightly cupped. Previous owner's bookmark and stamped price on front pasted down paper and a date is written in ink on front free end paper. Rear pasted down paper has 1/4" black ink mark. Else clean interior. Paper is somewhat tanned. In clear acetate cover. Very nice copy of Texana/Texas politics from the 50's.

First page has a small tear at worn lower corner. Interior is clean.
