Carter is pictured on the front cover in the clouds above Amon Carter Square in Fort Worth, astride his horse and alongside his old friend Will Rogers, also horseback. Price 50c on cover. Laid in is 'Today's Program' for Matinee, Sat., Jan. 28th, 1956, and listed among the contestants are 5 time world champion Jim Shoulders and 2 time world champion Casey Tibbs. 56 pp. 8-1/2"WX 10-3/4"H. Stapled binding with light wear on hinge, especially on ends. Corners have light wear, and lightweight wrappers have a little creasing. Sturdy, bright and clean copy.
