Contains 248 pages, 19 x 12.5cm, with 2-colour frontispiece, several b&w, and 2-colour illustrations by Norman Hepple, plus author's foreword and afterword. Small gift inscription SIGNED by author on front free endpaper. Beige cloth boards showing minimal age-related spotting, otherwise in Good+ condition. Brown titles and front cover illustration. Head, toe and bottom corners lightly bumped. No dust jacket. Internally, Good+: clean, bright and unmarked in excellent bindings. Obviously a book that was cherished by its original owner.
