Given the time period, and the author's beliefs, it was an intensely moving and meaningful experience - one which he conveys well in this volume. Contains 272 pages, 22 x 14cm, with 12 pages of b&w photos plus map on endpapers. Blue cloth boards showing hint of rubbing to corners, slight shelfwear front and back, and sun-faded spine, otherwise in good condition. No dust jacket. Internally, Good: clean, bright and unmarked in excellent bindings.
