This directory from fifty towns around the Twin Cities, "with an aggregate population of 130,000 souls," lists businesses from Abstracts of Titles to Zephyrs and Worsted Goods.     The Golden Anniversary of Nativity Catholic Church in Torrance, CA (U.S.A.) in 1972 was marked with, among other things, a beautiful 72 page Golden colored 50th Anniversary booklet, featuring historical photos of the then current parish members, staff, Clergy, buildings, etc. Very little wear to edges, corners and spine. The heaviest wear is at the creased point of covering, where some of the Golden coloring has worn off. The inside and content pages are clean and appear to be free of any notes, writing or marks. A tiny stain may be found from time-to-time, but same tend to be small and non-obtrusive, not interfering with readability of the book

    This book is in good condition. There is some wear on the front, back and spine of the cover boards and edges particularly on the top and bottom of the spine. There is some light bumping of the corners. The previous owners stamp is affixed to the inside of the front cover board. His seal is affixed to the title page. The pages are beginning to yellow. " This directory contain great details on mining, including tables of individual mines by Colorado county, glowing descriptions of the land and air quality, and the opinion that the Indians will surely soon be pushed out of the remaining fertile agricultural lands that they inconveniently occupy. The many advertisements include a prettily decorated thinner leaf from a printshop and newspaper, printed in green and red.
