New York: The Dial Press, 1964. Near Fine in a Very Good dustjacket. Patterned brown boards quarterbound in black cloth. The spine is gilt-stamped. Map-endpapers. 440pps. There is mild rubbing wear to the tips. Also, there is a small soil-mark on pages 418-19. Otherwise clean, tight, square, and bright.
