Cleveland, OH: The Penton Publishing Company, 1918 A practical treatise on modern American wooden ship construction with a supplement on laying off wooden vessels.

Original olive green cloth binding, with gilt titles stamped on front board. Cloth spine has been professionally replaced (see photos) – as originally issued the spine was without titles. There is light wear and some rubbing to the extremities of the boards. Some yellowing of the end sheets and page edges – former Owner's book plate and neat signature to fep. Rear end sheets exhibit minimal evidence of library ownership.
