There is an insignificant partial crack at the front hinge between the frontispiece and title page (despite the partial crack, the front cover is firmly attached and not shaky). The pages are mostly clean with only some stains to 6 consecutive pages at the front, and at the lower-outer corner of page 18. There is a name/date (1898) written in pen on the front end paper.
