The back cover has been either wet, or left on a concrete floor. The dye has been completely washed from the cloth, leaving it mottled & ugly. The last few pages are stained (not affecting the text), with the paper separating from the inside of the back cover. Not physically damaged, but visually very poor. The balance of the interior & front cover are fine to very fine. Owner's name embossed in gold on the front cover.; 6 1/2x9" .

DJ is bright and clean, with rubbing at the upper edges & corners. There is a crease down the center of the spine of the DJ, where it was folded and kept under the front cover of the book, which explains the excellent condition. The scarce DJ has a large chip at the top of the spine, and the usual rubbing at the corners. A couple of closed tears, some writing to the upper right front, and is slightly faded. With all of that, it still looks good, and is at least present, and unclipped. The first printing was 1923. This copy is dated 1945 on the title page, making it a much later printing of the first edition. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 26 pages .
