Hardcover, thin hardcover flex boards found in red leather with gilt stamped text on front. The leather is original and untreated with scuffing and soiling present edges and corners show bumps/wear with the edges of the spine starting to fray (with the bottom being the worst) internal binding is good except for some pulling in spots. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings. The only handwriting found is in the corner of the front end page where you can just make out where a price was once penciled and then later erased. This book contains nine different Farmers Bulletins, printed between 1904 and 1909. The first title page has a color frontispiece and this is often considered the title of the book, though there are eight additional title pages with one for each chapter. Hardcover, original brown cloth boards with gilt text on spine which has turned a coppery color. Exterior shows scuffing and soiling along with quite a bit of edge and corner bumps/wear. Exterior page edges are darkened. Internal binding is good but there are some issues: and pages are darkened and shows soiling, text pages are yellowed due to age and have dampstain along the outside edge. Some foxing and spotting is also present. The front pastedown shows a small name stamp and there are scattered check marks inside the book. From what was seen these check marks done in pencil but the penciling is dark so erasing them will still likely leave some residue behind. These marks are on an estimated 30 to 50 pages. The book would normally grade as VG+ to near fine but both the front and rear hinges have partial cracks. This is just from lifting and can be repaired, if desired. Pages are toned due to age and there is some foxing present, though this is limited to the pages around the frontispiece along with the end pages and pastedowns. Illustrated with scenes from the play produced by Brock Pemberton. Scarce to find with jacket.

The title page has a signature along the top of the original owner, no other handwriting was found in the book, no bookplates, no library markings.
