A small quarto, 8" x 6.5", in calf with gilt ruling, floriated corner decorations, spine with 5 raised bands and gilt decorations in the compartments. Joints cracking, edges rubbed, spine top and tail chipped. Interior first free end paper has a few old owner inscriptions, paper lightly toned, ink marginalia in Greek and Latin especially in the first of the 3 parts, including a small geometric figure on P1. II still have the original spine label which is chipped and worn. The set has all six maps, the map in Vol. I has a short tear at the joint, the 1st map in Vol II Part I has a long horizontal clean tear. There is minor pencil marginalia in each volume, many pages never separated, in Vol. II part II there are tear at the top edge at the beginning where someone tried inexpertly to separate, pg 393-396 have a long clean tear from the top edge.
