Lively coloured illustrations to every page. Taresh was the naughtiest boy in his Indian hill village, both at school and at the tea plantation where he worked. Large ink inscription on front endpaper (lots of 'x's), ink name and address on rear endpaper (see images). Otherwise very good plus in very good DUSTWRAPPER (dw: very lightly soiled, 5 mm (¼") chips at head and tail of hinges and corners, another to lower edge of upper panel, spine bit darkened, 15 mm (¾") closed tear to upper panel, 40 mm (1½") closed tear to lower panel).
