"5" and "T" are printed on the bottom edge of the front wrap. 33 pages. The top inner corner of the last page is stained & there is scattered foxing & staining throughout. The title page is darkened & the remaining pages are partially darkened & their front edges are chipped with some short tears & small pieces out. The top page corners are creased. A good working copy of a fragile pamphlet. <p>Josiah Quincy's speech concerns the war of 1812. He maintains that the additional military forces are intended for a proposed "conquest of Canada"--a venture which he ridicules as both impossible and inappropriate.
